As for myself, things have been good bad good bad and so forth for the last couple weeks. You know, life. New CPU has arrived and PC is back up & running at max powa! Laptop is going to have to be ordered in, but its gonna be worth it Im sure.
Doing TAFE, Uni and a CCNA all at the time is a big load, but I think I can handle it. the CCNA is probably going to be the hardest thing.

Ive hosted a mirrorblog over at http://o-tab.com/tribes/ to handle all of the tribes related tidbits that we’ve been fed over the past couple weeks / days.
Ive done some quick detective work and theres even mroe evidence to support a tribes remake in the works. Lets hope.

Im spazzing out!
Recent posts on the Bittah.com and TribalWar.com forums indicate a new Tribes game! From quick and simple detective work, Ive found the following:
This Video, posted on a Garage Games employees blog and now mirrored here, shows an extremely early stage of development game, where a player has energy and life bars, ski’s around rolling hills, and flies around. In the background of this video, a leg and arm is visible on a poster to the top right of the monitor. Now, this poster is a striking and amazing resemblance to this image:
Now, call me a hopeful gamer but from the looks of this, its DEFINATELY Tribes. The Above poster for all you non-Tribes players, is part of the Tribes 1 original art, displaying a Blood Eagle Heavy. At this point when I saw this in the video, I flipped out. After the debacle that is Tribes:Vengeance making another Tribes game is a bold act but one Im so thankful for Id almost kiss their shoes if they pull it off, sticking true to the Tribes original gameplay.

Along the same lines of hardware failures, my 2500+ barton CPU has died, or is in the process of dieing. After about 6 hours of testing every single part of my pc with replacement parts, its definately the CPU. I think I had it for about 5 years, running steady at 3200+.
New CPU time. Pity AthlonXP prices haven’t dropped for the high end in more than a year or so.

Ive been listening to The Living End’s new album, ‘State Of Emergency’ and its pretty damn good. Nice catchy riffs, some of the tracks are little repetitive but otherwise, a very good album. Damn hes a good guitarist. Ive also been listening to the Kaiser Chiefs – ‘Employment’ album, and its just as good. They sound just as good live and one of the few bands around at the moment that I actually enjoy for being retro. A good mix of retro-rock with modern issues.
In other news, we moved IRC servers, and one of my 200gb HDD’s died. I sent it back for replacement today. When it returns, 740+gb of space will be mine!

It is a ‘war’ that can never be won.
When the hell will he be stopped?
